Professional Products and Systems Division (PPSD) represents the Philips Consumer Electronics business group in Canada. PPSD currently sells and provides technical support and repair services for the following product lines:

PC monitors: Philips' monitors are sold through distribution organisations and systems integrators to end users, primarily in the Corporate and Government sectors; 35% of all government workstations contain a Philips PC Monitor. These monitors are serviced across Canada through Philips' network of authorised service providers.

Institutional Televisions: Philips produces a wide range of full-featured commercial television sets designed and manufactured exclusively for hotels, motels and institutions. These sets are networked through interactive guest services and entertainment systems. Philips provides bilingual, on-site service and support through a network of authorised service centres strategically located across Canada.

LCD Projectors: Philips manufactures a broad range of multimedia projectors suited for any presentation situation. These projectors offer interactive capability using video and computer data sources. Warranty offerings include 24-hour roadside assistance, guaranteeing overnight replacement of any projector.

Logistics: All product categories are procured from Philips manufacturing facilities throughout the globe and warehoused at the Philips Electronics Ltd. facility in Markham, Ontario. Shipments are made to customer distribution facilities, end user locations or drop shipped direct to installation sites. Consumer Electronics worldwide sales in 2001, totaled EUR 11.05 billion.
