MediaConnect doesn't work in a W10 environment, presuming it works at all. Chatline product support were sincere, yet not helpful enough to convince one that PC-to-TV connectivity can be made to work, after two major failed attempts. Also, in-built speakers are poor, requiring upgrade to soundbar; but, only connection option (out) is digital audio, which is limiting today. However, for what I paid for the TV, I can live with what I got.

I like this product very much the only complaints I have are: the speaker quality of this tv is terrible, and it dose not have many apps available to download and / or use such as FaceBook app PlaystationApp Web browser app and an exchange services app for email.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Manny Great TV but needs more apps for Canada and Mexico
This TV is great but there are very few apps available if you're not in the U.S.
The Wireless Connect does not support Windows 10 or devices for mirroring.
Picture quality is great and sound is pretty good for onboard speakers.
I'm glad I purchased this product. Love Philips

The picture is great. Netflix works well (except that the volume control disappears). But the list of apps advertised on the Canadian web site is a fiction. Only Netflix and YouTube are available. When I called I was told that if I were to take the TV to the US, I would see the apps. Of course, I like to cross the border every time I watch TV.
Software update over the network claimed that the software was current, even though I subsequently updated via USB. Makes me wonder what other "features" it has.
A little browsing (not on my TV of course) suggests that Philips Smart TV is a product for Europe, not North America.
