Pulls the hair outI bought razor (my third or fourth Philips in almost twenty years) from an outlet store as it was on sale and cheap. While my old shaver still worked, it was from another country and no longer charged so I wanted a new one.
On my very first use of my cheap shaver I didn't make it through a single session as it was pulling the hair out rather than cutting it so I finished the job with my old shaver. I tried another time on shorter hair, thinking maybe it was the length of the hair that was the issue, but it did not make a difference - it still pulled rather than cut.
I am returning this razor today in hope of exchanging it for a better model. Unfortunately, you really do get what you pay for and it has nothing to do with my shaving technique as I have not encountered this problem with any of the other previous Philips electric shavers I have owned.

This thing is tortureIve been using this razor for 2 months now. wet and dry. when using it dry it does not get a close shave and give you major razor burn. feels like it pulls the hair out rather than cut it. using it wet is not much better. shaving with shaving cream helps with razor burn but it still pulls hair instead of cutting. overall I think it just gonna be a dust collector for me don't recommend it at all. would trade it for razor heads any day.
