I had a big video project and bought a spool of 50 16x DVD-R discs and almost 1/3 of them were unusable. I'm used to 3 or 4 in a spool being bad but 16?!

i have literally thousands of recorded phillips dvd-r discs. i buy them by the 100 pack spindle but i have a rebuke to lodge at phillips with the last 100 pack spindle. they may want to check them from time to time for quality assurance because 25 of the discs in the last spindle could not read or record and several could record but could not play back. i used several pieces of equip. to check them. i am more than concerned that this may be a trend or hopefully just a fluke that went unnoticed. what can i do with 25 bad discs? i hope someone at phillips is paying attention-or-I wont be paying for Phillips blank discs---however...i still recomend this product based on past performance!!!!!
