Saeco Exprelia EvoSuper-automatic espresso machine

over 10.000 cups over 6 years...extremely good machine...its coffee grinder mechanism stopped, so we're now looking at replacements for this great little robot.

Cafe macchiato, ....... Aaaarrrrgggghhhhhh, drool drool. With the right coffee beans in the hopper, you will be able to jog along side your car on the commute into the office. So good, had to have two. Got to work 5 minutes before my car did.

This machine is incredibly simple to use and makes fantastic coffee. The only negative I can think of is the amount of water used at start up to rinse the system. Because of this I have to fill the water reservoir more often than I'd like. Otherwise this has been a fantastic purchase

This is a great addition to our home. I can have my frothy coffees and my husband can have his regular old black coffee (via the long shot americano button) Never liked the idea of those unsustainable single cups. They taste like grandmas coffee, and are atrocious for our environment. Love my Saeco, a real Italian coffee maker!

A little disappointed the model was discontinued a couple months after my purchase though.

This is our second Saeco Super Automatic our first lasted about 6 years hopefully this one will as well. Like any product there are some things which could be improved but overall its a great machine and does what its suppose to do i.e. make great coffee. Although we have very few interactions with Customer Service the calls we made have been handled professionally and the staff has been very helpful.

I did a ton of research with many machines. My reasons for selecting this machine are below. I'm the only coffee drinker in the house so I didn't need a machine that offered programming for multiple people. This is a great machine for one person because I can set it up exactly the way I want it, without a bunch of extra functions going unused. I wanted the simplicity of a one-touch machine so I can press a button, finish getting ready for work, and pick up my latte on the way out the door. The self-cleaning milk container makes it really that fast and easy...and the quality of the froth is better than you get most of the time at that ubiquitous coffee chain. I wanted the option to steam the milk myself - but I wanted a real steam wand rather than panerello. I love that, on days when I have a little more time, I can froth the milk myself and get that perfect thick foam you get at really good coffee houses (it takes practice!) I’ve only had it for a couple of weeks, but I’m delighted with its performance so far.

Kudos to Phillips/Saeco for a great machine and more kudos for their service. When I first started using my machine I had a problem with a sticking brew group. It took only one telephone call to have a new one on the way. You never know how good a company is until you have a problem. This is our third automatic espresso machine and we are extremely satisfied with it. It performs to perfection. Would like to have had the water container a bit larger, but that is a very minor issue.

We use this in a office setting and it does very well.
