Good product for the priceIt's my first time with that kind of product ! Better than wax in my opinion about two things. First one, it hurts a bit less than wax so you can do it alone and the second one, you got no sticky skin like wax. It's hurt but not too bad if you do it like the recomandation. You better takin a bath and takin ibuprophene 30/45 min before doin it :) The color is great and the desing too. Like i said before it's my first epilator so it's hard to me to say if it's a good one or not but i still satisfaited ! Thank you Philips !

I regret my old one! This one is not so efficient. I have to go over the same spot over and over before the short battery life runs out. The battery is a joke, I miss the wire! I have to set aside time to charge, it takes around 45 min to charge for less than 20 min usage time.
Ps: my boyfriend has a clipper and only needs one charge for 10 hours of use...!

it breaks the hair instead of removing ityou will not like. Wax is far more better than epilator. I bought it just few days before, I tried on my legs. It is too painful and on the top of it, it breaks hair, giving ugly looking

This product was disappointedBought this on sale, hoping it would work better than my smaller cheaper existing one. Maybe I am used to using epilators so the pain did not bother me. This product does not do a very good job plucking out the hair, have to run over the area many times in order to pick out the hairs. But what bothered me the most was instead of plucking out the hairs, this epilator just breaks them. So I end up with very tiny hairs that's too short to be epilated again. Very disappointed.
