but it was failure of charging after 6 months. The salesman is not recommended me to buy this because he said it is made in China and Oral B is made in Germany. Now I knew the problem which I spent the money only last for 6 months that I don't expect Philips product is like this. Too sad.

I use a Sonicare toothbrush and am very pleased with it, but I am sorely disappointed with the Sonicare AirFloss. Though I have made a point of studiously following the instructions, I find simple flossing materials of various types far more effective in removing small food particles from between my teeth, particularly from what my dentist refers to as "open margin areas". Additionally, when I asked at my local CVS if they had additional AirFloss nozzles in stock, my inquiries were answered in the negative. Sorry I couldn't give this Phillips product a better rating!

I have had three in the past year because the base keeps cracking. At first I thought it was because of the base design which resulted in it falling over. But with the second one I devised my own base cover to prevent it falling and it still cracked. I have had the last one for about a month and so far it is not cracking. I am keeping my fingers crossed. I like it when it is working; it seems to do a good job of flossing in a short amount of time.

Decent product which did encourage me to floss twice daily. Product quality and design is suspect and failed with months. As I waited for my warranty replacement, I went ahead and bought a Airfloss Pro. Don't do it - it's worse. Returned first one to Walmart after it got stuck in auto-fire mode. Second unit failed last week with a whining noise but no squirts. How was this product validated, how did it get through FDA approval with such poor quality? Also of note, the burst on the Pro is less intense than this version. Using them back to back, the old version dislodges more plaque than the Pro.

I've used only one other electric driven flosser system and I can say I'm extremely impressed by the ease of use and the convenience with which the item travels. It's light compact and very useful. When traveling this is now my go to flosser. Great job Philips!

Rated 5 out of 5 by brad for me this is a godsend
I'm 56, mouth of fillings, crowns, and crooked teeth. When I first got the airfloss and went to the hygienist she was impressed at how good I was doing with the flossing. She had never heard of this device but now can see the value. It's easy, painless and efficient. I have bought these as Christmas presents for my son, inlaws and others. All like this device. I won't argue the better method, I just know that for me, I'm most likely to floss regularly with my sonicare airfloss .

Rated 1 out of 5 by mickeymouse This product is of no use for oral hygiene!!
This product does not remove food particles from between teeth, and does not remove plaque. After talking with several dentist they don't recommend it. People, flossing is the only way to get rid of plaque. Be it by the picks, floss or some other dentist's recommended way.
