I had three of the original AirFloss machines over two years and my teeth never felt healthier. When the AirFloss Pro Came out, i was excited thinking longevity issues had been addressed. First one stopped working within a month. This time I used the warranty, and the second stopped working within a week. I will now be reaching out to service for a replacement. I hope Philips resolves the issue as this is a great machine...when it works. I'd even pay more for one built to a higher standard. I recommend with a caveat.

I purchased the Sonicare AirFloss Pro to replace the Sonicare AirFloss that worked great for 4 years.
I wish this unit was still available.
The AirFloss Pro only worked for a few days.
Returned it for a replacement and this time it worked for 2 weeks. I will return it for a full refund.
Very disappointed since I had excellent check up's every time I visited the dentist.

Over the years I've chosen many air flossers -- and used them regularly. The Philips has been the best so far.

Thought this would be a great flosser. First unit lasted a day. We returned it to store for a replacement. Second unit has lasted 2 months and has now seized up. Hopefully I can return it but won't be getting another one. The design is great and it's very easy to use. I just wish it would keep working. Philips has always been very reliable. We have owned toothbrushes, razors,etc. which have lasted for many years.

I'm currently waiting for my 2nd replacement in less than 2 months. First time the unit would not stop firing as soon as it was turned on. The second unit will not fire it's been 3 weeks.
Don't bother with this.

I bought this as I am not so good at doing flossing and thought it would help. When it works I am impressed by the ability to dislodge bits stuck in my teeth. The problem is the switch to turn on. I push the switch and nothing happens. I called support, they had be empty and dry the unit and then try again. Worked OK for a while. Then went intermittent. Now won't turn on at all. Contacted the chat support and they were great. They will be sending a replacement unit. Let's hope it works better than the last one!
