Rated 4 out of 5 by CDPNYC Great for Sports, Lecture or Book listening, Beautiful Design
Usual beautiful PHILIPS' GoGear design, clear, easy to use great file structure, Well designed armband. Great for jogging, walking, biking.
Alas, it does not seem to play Audible .aa files. The reason I bought it. Philips usually recognizes there is more than music available for GoGear players --- books, lectures, radio downloads, and usually lets .aa files to be played too. I am an avid Audible Books user on my 2 other GoGear 8 gig players.
MP3 is 2nd best re downloadable BBC/NPR mp3 files, MP3 lectures and mp3: non Audible books. I do not listen to music on players but only non music stuff. I have 4 wonderful Philips GoGear 4 gig & 8 gig players, and use them for Audible Books in .aa, or only lectures / BBC/NPR radio downloads, books in MP3. Non Music.
it would have been nice for me to put some Audible .aa files on it like on my other GoGear players.

Excellent sound system but it was not transferring some of my songs and also did not scroll down through the songs very fast.

Rated 2 out of 5 by trav123 Great product
This philips mp3 player is very slim in shape small and very compact which makes the product much better for jogging. The sound is very good. The only downfall is that this model only have 2gb of memory which means it only holds up to 450 songs. but other than that this product is very good and is very compact. Great for all types of use.
