Overall I'm very happy with these glass bottles. They feel sturdy and are instantly dry coming out of the dishwasher (unlike plastic, which clings to water drops).
We had an initial issue with the top leaking but discovered that we were not pulling the nipple through the cap all the way until it "popped" into place. Also don't tighten the cap too tight. Since then we haven't had issues for 2 months.
I wish they had alternate caps that were flat for storage/transportation. The large round domes over the nipples take up lots of space in travel bags for more than one bottle. Also would like to store these in the fridge without storing the nipple part because we use the Philips bottle warmer to warm the milk but the nipple is still refrigerator-cold. Also, the dome cover over the nipple can be tricky to remove if your hands are at all damp.

I bought a double pack of glass bottles and within a few weeks I notice that the ring does not screw on tight and the bottles leak. It seems that the treading on the ring bottoms out and does not seal the nipple to the bottle.

Don't waste you money on these glass bottles, buy the plastic ones instead. There is no way to control the leakage at the caps, and tightening them a bit further to prevent it only results in cross-tread damages or jammed caps. The last thing you want to happen prior to a 3 AM feeding session with twins, is for formula to spill everywhere when mixing it up, or when testing it for temperature. Very frustrating...
I wish I had invested into a plastic set instead of these.

No matter how tight you tighten the cap, it still leaks out the side, especially when your child stops drinking to burp, cough or catch their breathe. The moment the vacuum changes flow, almost a half ounce just pours out the side, soaking your child, yourself, and wherever you are sitting. I contacted the help page, but they refused to offer any help. Very disappointing. I was hoping Philips would replace or preferably repair their faulty product. Now I have to scour the Internet for a quality glass bottle, again, as if I have nothing better to do than shop for bottles and change my milk soaked clothes.

My LO loves this bottle. The only time the bottle leaks is when my husband screws the ring too tight or if I don't squeeze the nipple as suggested in the instruction booklet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Audrey1117 I absolutely love these glass bottles!!
Baby is breast fed and she just absolutely loves these bottles when I'm not breast feeding. The only thing I have a problem with is the nipple; my baby seems to get too much at once and I have the slowest flowing nipple. I dropped the bottle in my sink expecting the worst and not even a crack. I also don't have the leaking issue a lot of other people seem to have...I'm guessing maybe they don't put it together correctly. I don't think I will buy a mother brand bottle ever. Plus I love that they have the glass option. It's not easy finding small glass bottles!

These glass bottles are such a disappointment!!! I bought a set of 3 bottles and all of them are leaking. Doesn't matter how tied or loose you try to close them, nothing works. After spilling milk everywhere I'm done using them for feedings, I only use them to warm the milk because I don't want to heat the milk in the plastic bottles, it's obviously a pain. I do have one plastic Avent bottle and that one doesn't leak, but the idea was to use glass only. I wish I never bought this set, waste of money!

We tried plenty of other bottles and this is my sons favorite. He is breast fed, sometimes dad has to feed baby or we are out and about. There has been no issues or confusion with going back and forth. I dropped my GLASS bottle today, on my tile floor expecting it to break. Thankfully not even a scratch! We will be getting the 8oz ones. And wish you had bigger then that.
