They won't stay in my ears and I've tried changing the tips that came with them. I also don't like the controller. I find it hard to press and hold to skip songs during a run. I would be much happier if I could get tips with the little hook on them. In hindsight, that's what I would have bought. Do you sell those for this product? Otherwise, I am very happy with the sound quality and the bluetooth.

One of my earbuds stopped working after 2 months. I contacted Philips and they said they could not help me unless I had the receipt. Because I'm not a hoarder I did not have the receipt so now I'm stuck with a half-functional set of earbuds.

i bought 2 pair. i returned the first one because i could not get them to connect once i backed up my iphone. i figured my issue was like the majority of the reviews i read: complaints that these earbuds won't pair with device. so i tried 3 or 4 different wireless earbuds, but i hated them cause they had all that junk that goes up and over the ear. i need earbuds. i don't need to feel like i'm on janet's rhythm nation tour 1993. that's why these are the best - very simple design. anyhow, the pairing issue is easily remedied. read the instructions you download from the website - N O T the quick reference guide included in the box! you'll see those instructions are more detailed. i've had NO problems since. i absolutely love them. the least thing i like is i'm afraid i'll lose them.

I used less than a month while I worked out now no sound in left ear. Do not buy. Waste of money.

Sound good but they keep falling out of my ear, I've switched the tips but they still fall out.

Got these as a gift just over a month ago. Connected to Bluetooth and worked just fine for less than 10 hours total. Now they won't charge, won't turn on, and I have to throw them away. I would pursue the warranty and ask for a full replacement, but I already threw away the packaging. Save your money and buy something else!

These were a huge disappointment and obviously, Philips needs to do something about this product. It took me 30 min to get it connected to my Samsung and once they were connected it wouldn't play my music. I am 100% disappointed and going to return these.

Product out of the box connected to my android for about 20 mins, then I charged it and now it won't connect at all. I'd return it but I threw away the box. Dont buy it's a waste of your money.
