This is absolutely great TV. The picture and sound quality are surpassed by none. The connection to the internet is good. The APPS feature is outstanding.
I would recommend this TV to anyone.

We have previously owned Sharp and Samsung TVs. When we looked for a new one, we noticed that the price was right on the Philips, and more importantly, we were impressed by the picture. As of now, we do not have HD, and are very happy with the picture we receive on our new TV.

Whenever you change channels, the volume is either not loud enough or too loud. Doesn't matter what channel you switch to. Bad volume on this tv

I love MediaConnect and the effortless ability to transition from Cable TV to Netflix with no problems, however, the lack of a Hulu app is blindingly obvious as well as Amazon Instant. Please upgrade the software to include these two services and I'll be completely happy with my purchase.

The remote control does not have a model number as suggested on the Philips support site. Thus the universal remote control codes are not provided in the book for the remote that was not provided. I have worked for 3 hours trying to find this data on the Philips support site which was given in error on the television manual as www.philips.com/support. Quality Product - poor user documentation. How does one learn to use a SMART TV with DUMB documents?
A person is required to provide an email address to get to this survey - why is it asked for again at the bottom of the survey?

This is a very easy TV to set up, but I am disappointed that it does not have the HuluPlus app preloaded. The only way to do Hulu is to stream from your PC/Laptop or mobile device, which sort of defeats the purpose of having bought a smart TV for us in the first place. PLEASE do a Software update to fix this Philips!!!!!!!
