Rated 4 out of 5 by cssjcm0 from Easy but noisy.. I have had no problems with this pump , it's super easy to use, easy to clean and gets the job done fast. I usually only pump about 20 minutes 3 times a day and get loads of milk. Only downsides to the pump is that it is a bit noisy, but I just throw a blanket or sweater over top of it and I don't hear it anymore and I find the bottle can be a bit loose at times. But otherwise I'd recommend this product to any mama!

The website even acknowledges this defect and offers no help or remedy. The spare parts for the pump are not even offered on the website and are very hard to acquire. I will be investing in a different product in the future

I can pump more from my (different brand) manual pump. I would like my money back but the store will not take back breast pumps. I have looked through the trouble shooting on your website and nothing worked.

Rated 1 out of 5 by jackie from Not recommended I don't recommend this product at all, because of this product i will never buy philips products again. very slow, leaky, loose bottle, high motor noise. very expensive for no result at all. the company doesn't even say that you can return the product and once you find out you will pass the time period of the return and you will never get your money back.

Rated 1 out of 5 by andyo from Super awkward to use. Can express more manually. Disappointed in this pump. Super awkward to try and use both pumps at the same time (have the double electric). Pump is noisy and takes forever to express any milk. Can easily express more by hand into a bottle. Will now need to purchase a new pump that will actually work.

Rated 2 out of 5 by PrestonsMom from Leaky Tired of bring covered in breast milk. There should be a seal between the pump body and the bottle. If the bottle starts to get full and you don't keep it level it will leak. Same as if I set it down and it flopped over. My breast milk is to precious to be dumping all over.
