A: Indoor energy – you can use EnergyUp daily as long as your circumstances are such that you do not receive enough natural light during daytime. If you do not experience any improvement within 1-2 weeks it is likely that your energy need cannot be solved by additional light and you need to take other measures.
Fight the dip - there is no limitation to the length of this programme. An afternoon energy dip can be diminished directly by bright or blue-rich light, and skipping a session once in a while is not expected to have impact on the effect on the next day.
Winter energy – you can activate this programme when you start experiencing a lack of energy in the autumn or winter and continue daily usage until you feel better. Many people prefer to use the light until the spring comes though.
Early bird – If you are a real morning person and you use this programme as described, you will probably experience an improvement in your evening energy within several days. Once improved it may be sufficient that you use light for a shorter period of time each day to maintain the result. If you totally discontinue the programme it is likely that you will return to your original routine pretty soon.
