How does the Philips Wake-up Light work?

The light of the Wake-up Light gradually
increases 30 minutes before your wake up time and gently prepares your body for waking up while you are still asleep.

Feel more energetic

At your programmed time, your body is ready to wake up, and you feel more energetic at the start of the day. So for example: set the wakeup time for 7am, at 6:30 the Wake-up light will gradually get stronger, so that by 7:00 the light is at its brightest. At 7am, the alarm sound that you selected will also be played, to make sure you wake up.
