Can I see missed areas with an inactive the Sonicare app?

If you have you phone on but don't have the app active on your screen while brushing, you do not get the most out of your brushing session. Discover why.

Activate the app

The app must be active (when activated you will be able to see the timer counting down on the screen) and within reach during brushing in order to utilize the TouchUp feature. The TouchUp feature shows you spots you might have missed and guides you to cover those areas so you can achieve a complete clean every time. If you don't have the app active on the screen while brushing, next time you sync your handle it will collect the duration and time of your brushing session stored in your handle. Data from the location sensor, like areas you miss, and scrubbing data are not available if you do not brush with the app real time (using the guided brushing feature).
