Cannot use my e-mail address during the registration of my Philips player

You may see an error message Incorrect email address, please re-enter email address on the display of the Music Network player when you attempt to enter your email address so as to do the product registration. It is because your email address includes some special characters such as “-“.

Try to avoid such characters in your email address to make the registration successfully.
