    Songs downloaded with IE cannot be found on my ShoqBox

    For the SHOQBOX to recognize songs as audio files you have to use Musicmatch® Jukebox to transfer them. Songs dragged and dropped in Windows Explorer will be recognized as other types of media files and will not playback on the SHOQBOX.
