Why can't I see the volume bar on my Philips Product while watching Netflix or other NetTV apps?

Certain restrictions within the software prevent the volume bar from being displayed. The volume bar is not currently displayed in Netflix and other NetTV apps. There is no software update to correct this. Please check this website regularly for future updates on this problem.
