    What is CEC?

    Published on 2017-02-28

CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) allows connected devices to control each other. For instance, a single command on a remote control can be used to play a DVD, or to start other complex functions across multiple devices in a home theater system (i.e. activating a DVD player will automatically switch the TV input from a cable box to the DVD player).
