Check if your pictures are in JPG format. This player only supports picture in JPEG format (*.jpg).
- Always stream pictures in JPGformat to the player to avoid the problem happening
Check if the picture size is over 2.5 MB. There is a 2.5 MB constraint in picture size for picture review on the player.
- Reduce the picture size to meet the constraint and try it again
