- The letter F appearing in the right hand corner of the screen means the television is in factory mode
- To exit from factory mode, first press the 'VOL -' for 3 seconds, and followed by pressing the ‘MENU' button on the front of the TV set until the 'F' goes away (approximately 3 seconds)
- Note: You have to use the 'VOL -' and the 'MENU' button on the front of the TV set and not the one on the remote
My Philips TV remote control does not work on the television and there is a letter F on the upper right hand corner of the screen
