Troubleshooting

My Philips Izzylink BM5 speaker does not respond

It can be that your Izzy Speaker is under DEMO mode.

For serial number on or after AJPA1548xxxxxx :

  • To disable it, press and hold the GROUP key while plugging in the a.c. power for 15 seconds.

For serial number before AJPA1548xxxxxx :

  • To disable it, press and hold the POWER key or PLAY key while plugging in the a.c. power for 15 seconds. Please try both scenarios
