    Why is the guided brushing feature in the Sonicare app not working?

    The guided brushing feature does not work if you use 'Deep Clean' mode on your Sonicare Flexcare Platinum Connected toothbrush. To use the real-time guidance, your toothbrush must be in 'Clean' or 'White' mode.

    To change the brushing mode, turn off your toothbrush. Click on the mode button to toggle between the different modes.
