    My readings don't show in the Philips Avent uGrow app

    The Philips Avent smart ear thermometer stores your temperature readings directly to the uGrow app. If you are experiencing any difficulties, we are here to help.

    Pair with the Philips Avent uGrow app

    Please make sure you did pair the thermometer with the app (see preparing for use chapter in the user manual).

    Switch on Bluetooth

    The Bluetooth connection of your mobile device might have been lost. Make sure the Bluetooth connection on your mobile device is switched on.

    Thermometer was switched off

    Maybe, the thermometer was switched off before the data was transmitted. Open the app, go to the temperature section and switch on the thermometer. The measurement results will be automatically transmitted to your mobile device.
