Philips Sonicare AirFloss Ultra Interdental nozzles HX8032/23 2 nozzles

My AirFloss nozzle split after a short period of use

If your Philips Sonicare AirFloss nozzle has split, discover how to easily prevent this from happening:

Too much pressure

Splitting of the nozzles can occur if you apply too much pressure along your gum line between your teeth. Try placing the nozzle tip between two teeth at the gum line, and let the AirFloss do the work. Do not apply pressure.

Slightly close your lips over the nozzle when it is in place, to avoid splashing.

If the nozzle bends while in use, you are applying too much pressure.
