Registration for affected CPAP and BiPAP devices in the US and Canada ends at 11:59 PM EST December 31, 2024

August 8, 2024

Philips Respironics will no longer accept new registrations for affected CPAP and BiPAP devices in the US after December 31, 2024. To receive a replacement device or financial payment, please be sure to register your device prior to the end of the year.

I am a patient or caregiver with a ventilation device. Do I need to take any action?

No, you do not need to take any action at this time. Philips Respironics will communicate with Durable Medical Equipment providers (DMEs) directly throughout the ventilation device remediation process.

Once I register my device, who can I call with questions?

Contact and support options are available on our contact and support page.

I’ve already registered my affected CPAP/ BiPAP device but have not yet received my replacement device or financial payment. Does the end of registration affect me?

No, the end of registration only affects those who have an unregistered affected device. If you have registered your device and are still waiting for your replacement, it is likely because we need important information or consent from you.

What is considered a CPAP/BiPAP device?

DreamStation CPAP, Auto CPAP and BiPAP, DreamStation S/T and AVAPS, SystemOne ASV4, C Series S/T and AVAPS, OmniLab Advanced Plus, System One 50 series, System One 60 series, DreamStation Go CPAP, APAP and AutoCPAP, and Dorma 400, 500 CPAP and Auto CPAP, and E30 are all considered CPAP/BiPAP devices for which end of registration is 12/31/24.
