When I first bought this player, my blu Ray discs played just fine. Then just recently the player doesn't want to recognize the discs or says the player needs to have updated software. I've tried everything possible and to this date, the player won't play 85% of my blu ray movies. Looks like I'll have to purchase a better made player of a different brand. Very disappointed in this product and company.

This product is difficult to use, does not perform well and does not work past the manufactured warranty date. Product seems to be substandard. Would not recommend to friends or anyone else.

I'm not too extremely happy with this entertainment system. It's doesn't recognize my blu Ray disc. I spend a ton a money buying blu Ray disc just to come home and it displays unknown disc. I'm not a happy customer with this product.

Excited about my new Netflix account. Tried watching and it constantly shows a loading bar, Often shows loading bar while playing movie in the background
