Great Machine
We purchased this machine in 2012 and have not had any problems with it. We have soft water and have set the machine for this. It is used every day at least 3 times x 2 people and more when company comes over. We have used the carafe with no issues and have made really good cappuccinos etc. We clean the machine regularly ourselves but also have it in for an official yearly cleanup at the store where we purchased it. We are very happy with this equipment and look forward to many years of expressos to come! :o)
