this is the best clipper i've ever had. no noise, no warming up and really easy to use charged or not.

This Philips Norelco Hair Clipper is one of the best I have used,especially with the many setting it has to choose the length of hair to cut.It is very easy to clean,just rinse under warm water.The blades are self sharpening so you don't have to worry about dull blades.

The unit is light weight and maintenance free. No oiling or taking it apart for maintenance. Love the rotating head, thought it takes some getting used to with the head turned diffferent that the conventional straight cutter. The two things that I would change is the 1. Body style. I'd add a longer handle type shape instead of the "egg" shape. I've found it a bit hard to hold at some angles. 2. The power cable being a removable cord make is easy to unplug when in use. I would make the cord a connected cable that will not pull out when trying to move.

trimmer cuts very close and has plenty of power. Only have had it for about a month so I can not comment on durability.

This product is good in every respect but one. The attachment that adjusts for the length of one's beard is useless. It will not stay in position and therefore only cuts one length of hair, short. It is rendered useless as an adjustable trimmer.

This was at the start the best hair and beard trimmer I have ever had. I was ecstatic and thought my search for the perfect trimmer was over. I used it for both trimming my beard to a "Miami Vice" length and for a similar short length of the hair on my head. It cleaned up in a jiffy by running it under hot water in the sink. Life was great. Even the battery worked perfectly. I would get two weeks of use out of a charge. Life was perfect. It was great until the only hair length attachment I used, the shortest one, broke. It was made of the cheapest, flimsiest plastic. After about a year it failed. Worse yet it cannot be replaced. There are no replacements to purchase, there is nothing to do when one of the hair length attachments breaks. You now have a completely useless hair and beard trimmer. In the end, a great product made useless by a lack of spare parts. And by a failure to design and manufacture a reasonably dependable indispensable part.
