Good audio quality

[Employee of philipsglobal] I've got the Philips AECS7000 speaker in my laptop bag all the time, to get into one of many online meetings I tend to have. I have only used in with USB so far, to minimise setup time. This worked well for me. The mute function does not show up in Lync (pro: can have a background chat without other participants noticing; con:I'm one of the suspects whenever there is an audio loopback) Note: I'm a Philips employee, but not in any way involved in this product. If it stops pairing-do THIS!

Select "forget this device" when it doesn't pair up and then pair it from scratch as if it had never been paired in the first place. It should reconnect then.

Inconsistent Bluetooth Performance

Too many calls I end up with people on the other end saying something along the lines of ... the sound isn't clear/fuzzy, are you in a car, you sound far away, you sound like you are underwater(?), and so on.
