Philips Saeco SyntiaSuper-automatic espresso machine

I've had my Syntia espresso machine since 2011. It has been a work-horse making cappuccinos, espressos and Americans almost daily. It takes little time to learn all the features. Also, this stylish stainless steel model fits on the counter perfectly, taking little space.

We have had our espresso machine for a number of years and absolutely love it! The only issue we have had is that it recently quit working and we are having a very difficult time getting information from Philips regarding service locations/options. We miss our wonderful morning java and are anxiously waiting for an email from Philips in response to our phone calls.

Had the machine for a few months & have been making cappuccinos and espressos daily. Easy to use, maintain and looks good on my counter. Would like some tips on how to make the milk foam thicker. A big hit with friends who always ask for an espresso or latte.

This brewer has been used numerous times daily for over 5 years now. No issues with machine only a few minor complaints to prevent five stars. Coffee is not hot enough, but various web sites on coffee recommend brewing it at the temp the machine does. So I nuke mine. Descaling is close to a one hour process and every two months at the rate we use it. Not all coffee beans will feed, many exotic beans are slightly to big to vibrate into brew group, is my fingers to force some in each time. Or buy normal varieties of coffee.
