Saeco EnergicaSuper-automatic espresso machine

We purchased this machine in 2012 and have not had any problems with it. We have soft water and have set the machine for this. It is used every day at least 3 times x 2 people and more when company comes over. We have used the carafe with no issues and have made really good cappuccinos etc. We clean the machine regularly ourselves but also have it in for an official yearly cleanup at the store where we purchased it. We are very happy with this equipment and look forward to many years of expressos to come! :o)

Nice size & fits under cabinets. Good options. Wish there was a hot chocolate option! Coffee not hot..need to troubleshoot. Could water reservoir be larger on next model?

This product provided great tasting coffee and espresso. Having said that we had to go through two units and gave up after the second one as both constantly had water priming issues. The unit would have a cyclical pattern of priming and rinsing every morning where you would have to physically end the cycle by pressing the OK button. It also output random volumes of coffee (read watered down or concentrated).
