Saeco Exprelia EvoSuper-automatic espresso machine

The different types of coffees (expresso, cappuccino, macchiato) are excellent, and also my son love the hot milk from the machine with chocolate.

We have only had it for 4 weeks but we use it every day. The Lattes, Cappuccinos and Espressos are all great. The first machine we had developed a problem after about a week. My wife called tech support and they wanted to send a new brew group. We were getting a "water pump prime" message ( or something like that). The tech support people could not find it in their literature so they wanted to replace the "brew group". We opted to return the machine to Costco and get a replacement. We used the replacement for a day and got the same message on the second machine. I went on-line to "You Tube" and found the solution which was very simple. My wife performed the "You Tube" provided steps and the machine has been working great. Saeco should update their tech support and save themselves returns of the "Brew Group". The tech support people were very nice, although somewhat difficult to understand, and tried to be as helpful as their data allowed. We hope the machine continues to function as well as it has for a long time. The Lattes, Espressos and Cappuccinos are very good.

I was a little intimidated by it at first, but after reading the owners manual, it is actually very easy to use. I love making a latte macchiato with a shot or two of espresso to get my day off to a great start.

Produces a perfect cup everytime. Only wish coffee grounds and drip tray didn't have to be emptied every 3 to 4 cups. Also wish water container held more water. Guessing limited capacity keeps its design compact. Easy to clean.

This espresso machine fits the bill and checks all the boxes for quality coffee with ease of use and simple upkeep. It is well made and sturdy. When I add water, I also check the bean bin level, empty the drain tray, and dump the grounds collector all at once, so I don't get the other reminders often. The main point is how great the coffee tastes, no matter which preference you select. Absolutely a pleasure to have the best quality without leaving home to enjoy it!

I LOVE IT, It looks good, a good size. Very easy to use. Sometimes the water isn't as hot as I would like, maybe first cup, but overall I am very pleased.

Purchased for the family for xmas, the kids love the instant hot chocolate. Initially we were a little disappointed with the strength of the coffee, maxing out settings on everything to get a decent cup. Changing the bean made the world of difference, a full arabica, dark espresso bean improved the coffee. Be prepared to double anything you make thats an "american cup" that is a full cup of coffee will required 2 brews. The full auto milk is not that hot, we prefer lava coffee so use the steam more than the auto milk. If you heat the cups the coffee is a lot hotter. Satisfied now, but it took a little experimenting.
