This pasta maker is amazing. I noticed a sale on the smaller version and after reading up on the options opted for the Avance Smart. You have to follow the directions exactly but you will be rewarded with pasta that is just the right al dente. My husband always said he preferred dry over fresh pasta but not anymore. My kids all want one for Christmas now.

Not a cheap machine....more heavy than i though!...easy to clean...perfect pasta every time...buy this product!...if you want more info contact me in pv...no problem im not a spam.

This is the best gift I ever bought myself! After using accessories attached to my mixer for years, this is so much easier and cleaner to use and clean up is easy with everything going in the dishwasher. Pasta is tender and tastes great...one batch feeds family of four...for bigger group make two batches. I make several batches and freeze. Love it!

Extremely well made,easy to disassemble and reassemble,very fast and most important...excellent pasta!! The user manual should state that the penne shaping disc comes apart for easy cleaning. Philips should stamp on the shaping disc the name of the pasta the disc makes.

I never thought that fresh pasta was all that great after buying the refrigerated kind from the store. Was I ever wrong! This is the first time I have ever thought of pasta as light. The taste and texture are amazing and this machine makes having it so easy! I used to think eating pasta more than once a week was a bit much, now I'm happy to eat it much more often. The fact that almost all the parts are dishwasher safe is a bonus.

While I love this product, I like others wish the drawer held seven disks and that there were more disks available like rotini. Easy to use. Less messy than the hand operated manual pasta maker. It is like playing, with wonderful results. While the first few inches aren't perfect, you can cut them off and throw back into the machine. I also find the pasta dries overnight here in Saskatchewan. Still playing so am a newbie but do far, so good.

I am very pleased with this product. Not only does it create different shapes of pasta (8), one can make more than just wheat based pastas such as soba, gluten free and flavoured options as well. Clean up is a breeze. It's nice to cruise past the dry pasta section of the grocery store knowing you can basically create the same varieties but better tasting and healthier food.

Our neighbors put us on to this machine. Easy to use, clean up not bad considering the number of different pasta's you can make. Enjoy using it especially with my grandson. Could not be happier.

Since I eat pasta about 5 times a week, this machine blows my mind. So easy to use and delicious tasting pasta. Believe you me I have taken courses on how to make pasta, you know: dough, roll out, pass in machine several times, cut and dry, a real labour of love. But hey, this macine churns out perfect pasta in 3 min. My daughters are so thrilled with it, that I have ordered them each one as a stocking stuffer gift.
