I have has this Home Theatre System (HTS3371D/F7) for over 10 years and is still great!

This replaced a different brand that stopped working. I thought it was a pretty good system, Until I hooked this one up. The difference was overwhelming! This system sounds SO much better! The surround is great, especially on Race Day! The DVD upconverter makes everything look great. The Aux input works great for my cable box, and makes all TV sound amazing. The BEST part of this system is the sound. Utterly AMAZING for such a low priced system. I HIGHLY recommend this system for anyone who wants great surround sound, But can't afford the expensive systems. Once again, a HOME RUN for Philips, GREAT Products, at AWESOME prices!

Great sound, the ipod dock is only for playing audio and it cant be used to watch the videos on TV. I have seen other Home theaters and sound bars with that capability. Overall its awesome

this surround sound system is one of the best around. very easy to use and set up.excellent sound it feels like you are at the cinema.

Had this system for going on 3yrs now. Still works perfectly and plan on getting a TV to go wit it.

With the ease of installment we were ready to play blue rays on our surround sound home theater within two hours. The subwoofer, the 5 speakers and the docking station made this buy a smart buy. We have a similar system with dvd player but after 5 years the speakers started to get noisy, so we are hoping blue ray HTS speakers will last at least 10 years. Overall, the brand name, the price, and the quality of the sound make me recommend this product to everyone we meet.

I brought this system 2 years ago and it's still AMAZING! I recommend for anyone who needs a basic DVD Home Theater System!

First thing to note is that I use this in my dorm room, so it is a smaller and more enclosed space than a living room would be. Anyway, it offers excellent sound quality for both movies and music. The iPod dock is stupendous. DVD playback is wonderful and it can read scratched DVD's well. It also has a lot of inputs for you to connect almost anything. The downfall would be the way the speakers connect to the system. They get in there easily but are incredibly hard to get out which makes packing it up a challenge and now when I have to move it I just leave everything plugged in. The speakers also have great range for my small room but the cords still do get in the way.

This product delivers a truly high definition picture on our two 32" LCD flat screen TVs; We have two of these Philips Home Theater Systems. It reads the disc quickly,and it is very easy to navigate. The sound quality is quite good for surround sound movies. The only issue I have is that the speaker wires and terminal plugs are structurally weak; I had to replace one terminal plug as the speaker wires pulled out while inserting the plug into the unit.
