The head is nice and small and comfortable, not bulky and awkward as some spinning kinds might feel. This one does not spin, just vibrates. It feels to me like it helps get in all those little cracks so much better than a regular toothbrush and makes my gums feel extra clean!

Easiest replacement brush heads ever! They don't fall off, but when I need to change them they just pop right off without a fight. Just as easy to pop back on! Sometimes with a new brush my gums will bleed a bit (super sensitive), but with these this was not an issue at all! 10/10 for that alone! But don't think this means they don't clean well. This is the best clean ever (even got rid of my kids goldfish crackers - iykyk!). Really like the cardboard packaging too. Easy to break into and we all know plastic is out these days!
