Philips Avent3-in-1 electric steam sterilizer

I use most of Philips products for my little one, their Avent bottles and now this steam sterilizer, it is wonderful because if I have to use the traditional method of boiling water and the bottles, it takes forever and with the baby at my tail, I keep forgetting them. So with the Philips Avent 3-in-1 electric steam sterilizer, I can just put it all in there and its done in a jiff, I can even forget about the bottles and I know it will be done and ready for use. To top that when I had a problem with the product, all I had to do was contact them and they were so friendly and easy to replace my faulty product with a new one (For no additional cost), now that is what you call excellent and exceeding customer service. I sure recommend their products to all new parents. I would recommend all Philips products to everyone. Thank you Philips!

This machine saves us so much time and sooooo much water. I wish it was a little bit bigger to fit all my bottles and pump parts in one load each morning but doing a second load isn't too much trouble.

When my twins were small, this product truly saved me. I had been boiling bottles and breast pump accessories to sterilize them. SO TIME CONSUMING. my mom bought us this sterilizer and it worked perfectly. It was so easy to use and took no time at all to sterilize. I highly recommend this product with no reservations whatsoever.

Sterilizes lots of bottle pretty quickly at the push of a button!

Extremely easy to use and very helpfull. Space saver.

I can't fit in my 8 oz glass bottles and there seems to be a continuing issue of scorching of the heating plate. However, it does sanitize, and works quickly, and can fit a lot of smaller bottles and bottle components.

I have had my sterilizer for about four months. And the first one stopped working after about a month, customer service was great. They shipped me out a new one right away. Although I don't think it should have died on me after using it about three times. It is compact and easy to use, it only has one button. The one button is very cheaply made. I sometimes have to push a couple of times before the light turns on. If I were to buy another one, I wouldn't buy this one again but for now it does what I need it to do.

didn't even use this product for a week before it stopped working! when i called customer service they offered to replace it this one time, but said that it would take a week or so for them to send the replacement one. when i asked if it they could expedite it the lady told me to boil water! after reading other people's reviews of how their sterilizer also stopped working i went ahead and bought a different brand to use from the store the same day so that i would have one to use right away. i was going to try the avent bottle warmer that i had bought but since i was afriad that it would break after a week of use as well so i returned it.

We received the sterilizer today in the mail. After the initial sterilization process with empty baskets, the lid was cracked in the center where it's attached with the handle. We cannot return the product as we already threw away the box. Such a disappointment with the build quality of a good product.
