- On your TV, switch off progressive scan mode or switch on interlaced mode. See your TV user manual for more information.
- On your player, press OPEN/CLOSE or EJECT to open the disc tray.
- On the remote control, press and hold number 1 for a few seconds.
The TV screen goes blue and progressive scan is switched off.
