I was originally looking for a TV to put in my bedroom so I could watch YouTube videos. It turns out this TV has everything I need and more! The TV arrived in a package without any damage. Setting up the TV was simple and easy. I found it so easy to connect my phone via wifi. The initial settings showed me what I could do. For example, it has voice assistance which allows me to make requests using my voice. When I don't want to use voice assistance, I can use the remote which was included in the package. I can also use a lot of apps such as Google Music once my phone is connected to the TV. After I finished the initial set up, I was amazed by the quality of the picture and sound. The picture was very crisp and the sound quality was clear. I was able to adjust the sound setting and there was a “Music” option which made it sound even better. I love how I'm able to cast what's streaming on my phone onto the TV so smoothly. Since my phone is connected to the TV, it is so easy to switch from my smartphone to the TV so I can continue watching a video or listening to music. Bluetooth capability is nice, too. I can use my favorite headphones at night so I can enjoy watching YouTube videos without disturbing my roommate. This TV is totally worth it! It has completely exceeded my expectations. What a GREAT TV! I have had my eye on this TV for a while. While we have multiple TVs at home, this TV is ideal for our Kitchen – on the first day we had it, we watched music videos on YouTube during lunch! The picture quality and sound quality is outstanding! We have also used it to stream music from Google Play Music on our back porch while enjoying the spring weather! As the TV is so light, and dare I say “portable”, we plan to transport back and forth on our vacation trips to watch movies on Netflix or to isten to music. The setup of the TV was easy and very quick with no issues encountered. We enjoy using Google Assistant to find music, check the weather, and turn the TV off and on. I have the TV on my counter but may move at one point just to the right of the stove. The look and style of the TV nice and not an eye sore at all. The only thing I wish this TV had would be Recipe apps already preinstalled. If they had them already than one could just plug in, link Google and start cooking. It's a decent size screen for my kitchen. I like the fact that I can use voice commands to turn on/off the device, search for recipes on Youtube, or just have it on in the background while I cook. The speakers are good enough to hear everything at low volume (unless you have the kitchen fan running on high). I regularly have issues with connecting this device to our home internet, even with the Ethernet cable I will have connection issues almost every week. Google assist will randomly interrupt my programs and send me back to the home screen. Now, after having the device for less than a year, the sound suddenly stopped working completely. There were popping noises, and then nothing else. It seems as though this product is under warranty, but Philips makes it difficult for customers to file a claim. Hopefully there can be some resolution soon.

Blocked services make smart TV useless. Amazon music works but they block prime
