Brilliance4K Ultra HD LCD monitor

Better than my expection, I use an old Asus 9600GT DVI card and it can show 3840x2160x30. unbelievable.

Have had this monitor in use for over 4 years without issue. As long as you do not have zombie fingers and keep the monitor buttons clean there are no issues. Adjustable stand and ample facilities for connection on the back, this monitor is fantastic value for the price. Seems to have a low UV emission which is great for your eyes. When equipped to operate in 4K it is fantastic! Messages can be configured to not pop up or use a discreet corner of the screen. Messages are available in many languages. Perfect for home office during this covid period of WFH. I use it everyday from morning to late night.

This is a very well designed and functional monitor.

Registering and using the documentation is very poor. I wound up figuring things out on my own. The product performs well. The interface for generating this review sucks, also; must enter a nickname before publishing my review? Give me a break!

After my older monitor failed, I began looking for a advanced unit. After much research I settled on the Phillips monitor. I am pleased with the performance of the monitor and suggest that anyone considering a replacement monitor seriously consider this monitor.

I thought the picture quality was great. The overall design felt sleek and pleasing to look at. The amount of ports on the back was more than I even needed. I felt the adjustable stand was a fantastic touch. However, a couple weeks in to my use of the monitor, the touch buttons began spazzing out, making false touch registries. It made the menu flicker on and off as I watched videos and, even worse, paint on PS. SOME TACTILE BUTTONS WOULD BE PREFERRED PLEASE! (it just feels wrong pressing a flat surface and wondering if the button was responsive...)

The monitor has issues and the touch buttons make it the worse! I will not buy Phillips again until the touch buttons are gone. For example in a really dark room you have no way to know what button to push without turning on the light!!!

The monitor is less than a week old. Shipping box did not appear to be damaged, set up was fine. Today was the first time to use it for more than an hour, and the monitor just randomly turns off and then cuts back on a few seconds later. Very distracting.

The touch buttons activate without anyone touching them. This causes the OSD to pop up when I'm not touching the buttons.

Two big bugs: 1) The "SmartImage" menu keeps popping up unprompted. It's right in the middle of the screen, and blocks view of whatever movie or game is being shown. It seems like the capacitive buttons are buggy. That would explain the SmartImage menu's insistent presence. Also, sometimes the monitor buttons stop responding at all: can't bring up the menu, can't bring up or cancel the SmartImage menu; sometimes it won't even turn off. Sometimes I can stop the SmartImage menu from appearing for a time by restarting the monitor, but it doesn't always work. 2) After maximizing a YouTube video, when coming back to the browser window after the video, the screen flickers around like an old video with the tracking poorly set. Sometimes restarting the monitor fixes this, sometimes not. I've updated my graphics card drivers, but that didn't help. I've just now tried to update the monitor drivers, and I will see if that helps.
