Worst product / worst customer service
The Philips Roku TV 43" I bought just three months ago. Never connects automatically when I turn it ON to the internet. (Not an internet problem because the only connection problem is with this TV). So I have to connect manually eveytime. And more, while watching it keeps disconnecting every 20 to 30 minutes. When I called customer service, the torture started... they even had the guts to ask me to go to a library and download my invoice then take a screenshot and uploaded to their site because they do not accept screenshots from a phone or an Ipad. And they do not accept pdf. It is really disgusting. And I regret buying from this company.
