Great flat burr grinder
Great little flat burr grinder. Bought many years ago and still delivers a quality grind for my drip coffee machine. The numbered dial on the front appears to be related to Time, as a coarser grind will yield more grounds than a finer grind at the same numbered setting. I have had absolutely no problems with this unit and clean in thoroughly and regularly.

Compact size and good value
I bought this unit about 18 months ago. Grinding is consistent and respective to its setting. TIP for espresso lovers: When grinding extra fine for espresso, I grind when the machine is cool and grind small to medium amounts because friction creates heat and heat can make coffee taste 'burned' or can give added bitterness. All in all, the grind settings offered allows you to maximize the flavours you want for various types of beans.
