great coffee every day!! the flavour and heat are exactly what I look for in a cup of coffee. Regular cleaning and using filtered water are very helpful to enjoying a exceptional coffee at the push of a button. I would encourage everyone to try this, no more filters or grinders, its all in 1

The only reason I gave 4 is because the cup sizes are small. I always make double cappuccinos and macchiatos etc. The coffee and americano are small too. I just make doubles but be nice to get a full cup of coffee. But other than that I love my machine. Oh also trouble using the ground coffee feature, need to troubleshoot that. But love my coffee maker!!

great coffee maker but lack of service in my region

I am versy satisfied except for the Coffee temperature. It is not warm enough, I must put my cup in the microwave.

I found this on Amazon and spent almost $1,000. on this machine that makes 12 different coffees, and to be honest, I'm regretting it a bit. My sister found your version that makes 5 different coffees for $249. at a discount store and I think I would have been more than happy with that one. I realize that is on me as I made the choice for the more expensive machine thinking I would take advantage of all the choices but I'm only making the same two or three coffees. I guess that old saying "less is more" applies here. Also, I have to warm the milk in the microwave before making a macchiato or latte or else the coffee isn't hot when done. Not overly happy about that! A couple of thoughts . . . 1. I do like the cleaning option at the finish, 2. I wish my to-go cup would fit under as I have to lean it side ways and hold it when making my coffee.

The absolute worst machine that's known to man. We could never get a coffee that was somewhat strong. We called Philips. That's where the fun started. First we called, they said they would call us back the next with answers. They even gave us a meeting time. They never called us back. The second and third time we called was the exact same thing. Philips service is a disgrace and their machine is nowhere near good enough. I would say "for that price", but the coffee is so horrible that it wouldn't be good enough for a 200$ machine. Utterly disappointed by Philips and their horrible service. I do not recommend at all
