I have had this superauto for 6 months. Works flawlessly. It takes some trial and error to find your right beans, grind settings, etc., but well worth it. For the price, this machine has a great selection of drink varieties and is easy enough to use for the whole family.

The only thing I don’t give it 5 is the cup sizes. I want option for 12 zone cup I drink coffee in a mug not a tea cup. Besides that I think it’s the best coffee maker i have ever owned The water container could be bigger once you put in filter it takes up a lot of space The simplistic way to make coffee any one with 5 min can create what ever you want

Leaked, ruined countertop
Coffee isn’t very hot even on the hottest setting, it’s leaked multiple times and ruined the countertop since it stayed wet under the coffee machine we didn’t see it. I have been on hold for over an hour a few times with customer service and cannot get through
