Excellent product to wake up the senses and boost energy for an early morning start! Waking up at 3am is a tough call for work but someone has to do it. 30 mins with the Philips goLITE is a blessing,.. let's start the day! It also helps with the dark winter mornings! No issues with battery as some users mentioned... this unit bought new 15 years ago is still running strong!

I've been using this product for a couple years, and I find my energy levels are far greater in the depths of a Canadian January/February. Keeps me alert and focused, and, as funny as this sounds, I find the blue light cheerful - like looking at a blue sky.

This is the greatest thing I've ever used to treat SAD. This is my third year using it and it makes a radical change in my daily life. I'm from Mexico where is sunny every day, now I live in cloudy Vancouver. When I originally stareted using the light three years ago, in a matter of days you could see a huge improvement in my mood, and quality of life.

I use the Philips goLite while I do my treadmill workout in the winter time. Very usefull.

I HAVE TWO OTHER LIGHTS MADE BY DIFFERENT MANUFACTURER'S BUT THEEY DO NOT COMPARE WITH YOUR LIGHTL. IT IS COMPACT AND CAN TRAVEL WITH ME - I HAD THE BEST WINTER IN HAVE HAD IN MANY YEARS THANKS TO YOUR LIGHT.

I love my goLITE Blu by Phillips. Its muti features make this my go to device. It definitley has helped me out thru these winter months to not get such horrible cabin fever and depression. And its alarm clock has proven to be the best i have owned.. The shade of blue it puts off is inviting and beautiful and does in fact resemble a blue summer sky. I feel anyone who suffers from seasonal depression or cabin fever could definitley benefit from this light!

While the product delivers it's the aftermarket that is not up to par.
