I bought this specifically for the epilator and it works great. It isn’t that painful since I’m used to waxing. Saves time as waxing would take longer. I would recommend this.

I absolutely LOVE this kit. It has everything I need to get a perfect, custom bikini line with very little fuss! I use the trimmer in the shower which is super convenient. I don't know why people are experiencing cuts - I only use the trimmer with the shield on it! I don't think you're supposed to use it without? And the epilator!!! I just LOVE how long my skin stays smooth when I use this feature. It's a little to get used to but after awhile it just becomes totally bearable. My ONLY "complaint" is that the body of it can be hard to hold onto in the shower - it needs some sort of rubber grip or a less slippery surface. Otherwise it's perfect!!

This item is easy to handle and having all the different heads makes it easy to use. It is very accurate.

This is as close to perfect as I have purchased. Yes, I have facial hair that I stupidly started shaving too many years ago to remember and I have used all kinds of razors, shavers, and trimmers I could find and this is BY FAR one of the best!

Really have only used the short trimmer, but it works great! And haven't had any of the issues I have had with other ones purchased.

All good, except battery dies after 2 minutes of use. Worked great for one year.

so this is a great item however the life of the item is short. mine is now dead and I only had it for a year. I really wish it lasted longer. I by far did not over use it.

The foil trimmer doesn’t work at all on my bikini line. All it can cut is fine, very short facial hair. This is the attachment I wanted most. Trimmer is ok, but smaller head takes longer than my old one. Wish I could return this gift.

The batteries do not hold a charge, overall that was the most frustrating thing about it. Other issue is that occasionally the trimmer would "grab" a hair, which was painful. Would not recommend this product.
