Portable DVD Player

This is a great well built, long lasting product. It was manufactured in April 2015 and it is now December 2022. The product is still in brand new working condition. No issues in picture or sound. Playback is smooth and the opporation runs quietly. No malfunctions of the opporation or casing. The only flaw is I wish it played blu-ray. That's not anyone's fault but my own, because it is not advertised as a blu-ray player.

It was easy to use and worked great!! My kids happily went to grandmas house watching a total of 6 movies without a singal hiccup!

I primarily use this DVD player in my car when I have to travel long distances with my 2 year old son. I love everything about it. I've even had to use it outside the car and it plugs into an outlet and works just as well. It also has a stand so it sits up when plugged in. If I had to say something I don't like is that the straps slide and they cause the DVD player to hang loosely on the seat. But for the most part it stays. I'm very satisfied with this product.

Great Value for the Money !!! I found the ease of use and design to be average. However, the performance was excellent, and especially for the price. I would recommend this product to others.

Bought this in Jan and by Aug of the same year we were having issues with the screen saying it was open when in fact the door was closed. I am surprised that it was the first thing to go considering the fact that we hardly change out the movies because my son will watch the same movie for a good period of time. I will now have to get with Phillips on what they would want us to do. I was reading the warranty and it says we have to pay for the cost of shipping so that they could fix it. I will call them this week to see what options they give us.

EXTRA SCREEN ON MINE DOES NOT WORK HAS SOUND BUT NO PICTURE.

We bought the player for a road trip. I wish we bought one that plays different movies because the boys wanted to watch different things. The wires wear easily tangled and kept being pulled out. When I attempted to tighten one of the straps to raise the screens, the plastic closure broke. The screen without the functions would stop playing so I would have to pull over several time to plug and unplug the wires to figure out what the problem was. I am now having to file a warranty claim because the one of the screens just stopped working showing a white screen.

Extra screen has sound but no picture. the main unit work great but i have 3 childrens and this is a problem.

I bought this product on 2013, and it worked great when it was new. As the unit aged, it stopped playing DVDs and only plays CDs. I tried cleaning it, but still got the same result. I wish the warranty lasted longer than 90 days.

This worked for maybe 1 year...a very loose maybe. As it is right ar I understand a year mark I do not have a receipt and that is how things get fixed. At this point the main machine won't even read a disc. So my children are not able to enjoy a movie during long trips.
