Philips AventAll-in-one Gift Set

I absolutely LOVE this gift set! My 5 month old son loved these bottles. He’s primarily breastfed but had no issues transitioning from breast to the Philips Avent bottles. The soft nipple and shape helped him to easily latch and hold onto the bottle by himself. These bottles are extremely easy to assemble and use and are easy to wash. The bottle brush that is included is also easy to use and great for bottles and nipples. The soothie pacifiers are our favorites! Prior to trying these, my son wouldn’t take a pacifier. Now he loves them! I cannot speak highly enough about the microwaveable sterilizer either. It’s easy to use, only takes two minutes and does a great job! Since it’s so quick to use, I find myself sterilizing a lot more than I was previously. It’s nice to know that I can feel confident giving my son bacteria-free bottles, pacifiers and teethers. I was given this gift set to try as part of the weeSpring Parent Panel. Initially, I didn't think that I would use this set that much since we were getting along fine without these products, but I was so excited to see how much easier it made bottle feeding. I would 100% recommend a new parent to put this gift set on their registry as it is a great way to get all of the basics for bottle feeding. It is definitely something that I would buy for an expecting mother as it provides the convenience that most of us choose to forgo for the sake of "being strong" or to cut costs. My four month old daughter is on 100% breast milk, but I am a working mom, so she gets 70-80% of her milk from bottles. I was already using Avent Natural bottles with her (started at 3 weeks, so she could get used to it), and I've never had a problem switching back and forth between breast and bottle feeding. My nanny uses the bottles much more than I do, and she has noticed that the baby takes in more air with these bottles, so we've switched, but I think that has more to do with her latch issues while nursing. While the sterilizer is a little bulky, it does a wonderful job of sterilizing bottles, pump parts, nipple shields, pacifiers, etc! I love that it only takes me TWO minutes to sterilize the parts (very important when I'm working long days and need to quickly clean bottles and pump parts for the next day at work), and I can use it for anything that needs sterilizing, not just Avent products. It will be helpful while traveling to visit family because I will be able to put my bottle parts in it and know that my daughter will be safe. I thought that the bottle warmer would be the least used item in the set. I've always used a bowl a water warmed up in the microwave. The bottle warmer takes about the same amount of time as my bowl technique, BUT I don't have to stand there constantly checking the bottle and swirling it to make sure the milk is heated evenly. Admittedly my husband uses this product more than me, and we are still working to figure out just how long it takes to get the milk to the perfect temperature, but we love the idea of having both hands free to calm a fussy baby while the warmer heats the milk for us! The pacifiers were, by far, my favorite part of this set! We were given other pacifiers to use in the hospital, and we've just used those sooth our daughter. She's never been able to keep them in her mouth and needs one of us to hold it in for her. These pacifiers have been much easier for her to keep in her mouth and have helped make bed time a breeze. She has always nursed to sleep, and we are trying to break that habit, so these pacifiers have helped her self soothe herself to sleep and have given us a break! I would definitely recommend this set to any expecting or current parent. We had been using Another brand bottles and these were super easy to switch over to for my baby, not to mention a whole lot less parts to clean. Being able to steam sterilize these in the microwave in 2 Minutes was wonderful, as a parent of 3 boys under 3 I need things to be fast and easy. This gift set is a great start to bottle feeding. Wide base nipples mimic breast, baby took bottle perfectly. Case provided for pacifiers are great for travel. The sterilizer was very helpful to ensure clean bottles. Would not recommend this product only because a bottle warmer is not for everyone. I received this gift set from the weeSpring Parent Panel.

I received this product from WeeSprings Parent Panel to test and review. I loved it. My son is breast fed and was still able to take to the bottles provided in the set (although they were not compatible with my Madela breast pump). I loved that everything you needed. The sterilizer was so easy to use and I felt good knowing his products were cleaner than nursing alone. The warmer worked great. Comes with a nice strong and sturdy cleaner brush. Also came with 2 nice pacifiers that he used with ease. I would definitely recommend for new mom's, either for yourself or a great gift!

The Phillips Avent gift set is fantastic! This is a perfect baby shower gift for any expectant mothers and is a wonderful set for those of us with more than one child. I recently received the gift set and used it for my 4th child, a seven-month-old. The set has everything a parent could want to satisfy your bottle needs. The bottles are easy-to-grip for my 7-month-old so he can happily hold his own bottle. I love the wide mouth because it makes adding formula an absolute breeze (I had really underappreciated this). The bottle brush makes washing out the bottles fast and easy. Lastly, I absolutely love the microwaveable sterilizer. It is so nice to be able to stick my bottles in the sterilizer, microwave a few minutes, and remove. I feel confident that I'm giving my son a clean bottle every time. The set also includes a bottle warmer which is fabulous. I love being able to give my son a perfectly warm bottle every time. I highly recommend the Philips Avent Gift Set to any expecting or new parent! The gift set comes with bottles, a soothie pacifier, brush to clean bottles, a sippy cut and microwavable sterilizer. I nursed my baby for two months after he was born and he EASILY attached to the avent bottles on the first try! He also easily attached to the sooth pacifier. I love that this set came with the microwave sterilizer. It makes life so much easier to just pop the bottles/pacifier in the microwave and be rest assured that it has been fully sterilized in just two minutes! This is a wonderful gift to give at my next baby shower I go to! In fact, I'll use it as my gift for all showers I attend going forward!

I absolutely loved this gift set. As a busy mom this was super convenient. I loved the bottle warmer. It helped evenly warm up breast milk. Much easier than sticking the bottle, or a bag of breast milk in a cup of warm water.The sterilizer made it easy to sterilize the bottles in 2 min, instead of having to boil them. My son took to the nipples super well thanks to the awesome shape of them. The bottle brush made it easy to get into those areas that are hard to reach with other bottle brushes. I could definitly see giving this set to anyone who is expecting as an awesome gift. We know being a mom is hard and this just makes it easie! This is a wonderful gift set for a new mother or an experienced one. As a mother who just had her 4th baby I have tried many sterilizers and this was by far one of the easiest I have ever used. It was a little challenging to find a place to store it because of it's size but you can't beat being able to sterilize several bottles at once in just a couple minutes in the microwave. I love the Avent bottles. My little one seems to be able to switch between breast feeding and bottle feeding very easily with these nipples. She also really seemed to like the pacifiers. I like that they are straight like the original Soothie pacifiers but have a wider tip. The bottle brush cleaned the bottles well and I love that you can also clean the bottle nipples with it. I thought the bottle warmer was pretty easy to use. It did a great job warming the bottle up, but it would be nice if it had a timer built in to it though to let you know when the bottle is ready. With 4 little ones at home constantly vying for attention I have forgotten to watch the clock a couple times and the bottle got too warm and I had to wait for it to cool down. If you know someone who is about to become a new mother I would definitely consider gifting her with this set. It is so very convenient to have so many necessary items in one set. As a mom of three children, one a 5 month old baby, time is of the essence and everything I can do to save time is important. I exclusively breastfeed my son and pump bottles for those times while I’m away so a bottle that mimics my breast is important to me. I received the Philips Avent Natural all-in one gift set and a set of 3 Natural 9 oz wide neck bottles as part of the weeSpring Parent Panel to try and review. When I received the Philips Avent Natural all-in-one gift set everything was individually packaged making it easy for me to identify the products. I immediately washed and sterilized the pacifiers. Before this, we had been using a different brand of pacifiers but my son had been refusing to use them. He took this Philips Avent pacifier immediately with no coaxing. Next, I opened the bottle and baby food warmer. The instructions were clear and it is extremely easy to use. Just fill the bottle with the amount of milk you’re using for the feeding and add the same amount of water to the warmer then select your setting. We have only used the lowest setting so far and the milk has always been the perfect temperature. I wish I had this bottle warmer for my other two children who were formula fed babies. The bottle warmer is currently on an easy to reach space on my counter because I will be using this often. The babysitter said she gives it a “thumbs up”. It’s also a great product because in a month or so I can use it to warm up baby food. I highly recommend this warmer to everyone, especially new parents. It is simple to clean, just dump the water out and wipe with a dry cloth. The microwave sterilizer is also a great tool and another item I wish I had with my formula fed babies. It was not as simple to stack the bottles and nipples as the instructions indicated and I expected. The bottle rings didn’t fit over the nipples as per the instructions and the bottles kept toppling over when I carried the sterilizer from my table to the microwave. Even with those two hiccups I would still recommend this product. No more boiling water for this momma! The bottles were great and I love that they only have 3 pieces, the bottle, the nipple and the nipple ring. The previous brand we used had 5 pieces and was not convenient to wash or use. The best bottles for our little guy from this set are the 4oz with the 0m+ nipple. The flow was perfect for him as we practice paced bottle feeding. He had no problem drinking from this bottle. We tried the 9oz bottles with the 1m+ nipple and they had too much of a flow for him causing him to gulp milk too quickly. The color and the “be happy” decoration is cute and positive. I like the encouragement and it made me smile. It’s super convenient that all the Philips Avent brand lids fit these bottles and as time goes on we’ll only need to buy lids and not more bottles. The bottle brush works well, but I prefer a brush with bristles all the way around. This is definitely a set that I would buy and recommend for new parents. I wish that I had this for my other two when they were babies!
