Perfect replacementUniversal remote control

Bought one at fac. direct and going to get another one while they are still in stock for my upstairs room

Have a Hannspree LCD TV which Comcast and Verizon (Motorola) cable boxes will not turn the TV on, but off. Problem solved with this universal remote which I taught the functions I needed. Kudos Philips!

I have been able to program this remote for every device I have even oddball ones. The problem comes when using it. The remote is very slow you have to hold a button what seems like 4 times longer than on the original remote. Also the quad buttons and the select/ok button in the center require a lot of force and some sideways manipulation to get them to make contact. I also have a SRP5107 remote that works much better and is instant responsive and buttons work easily but this one appears is no longer available.

Super bummed . iv never let so lost when it comes to programming a urc i know this one is set up to be easy to program but im left feeling like on just holding down buttons and i get nothing done .. i cant make this work with my direct tv box and is really the only reason i bought it .. i hate having 3 diffrent remotes ..

Does not work with my TV. Says works with everything from 1990 but doesn't work with mine. Has a code in the book but when you call Customer Service, they can't find it in their system. Taking back to the store tomorrow.
